Cheung Style workshop series recap
Just wanted to give a thanks to all those that attended the two part Cheung Style Tournament Prep workshop series I taught in Jacksonville at Sport Kung Fu Academy Jacksonville.
The energy level of all the participants was great and I am glad that everyone felt like they benefitted from the workshop series. It was a lot of fun to teach and pass on the knowledge that I have been taught by my Sifu and through my own experiences using my Wing Chun in competition.
